At Creative Ink we utilize all the available digital channels whether it be a website, mobile site, Email marketing campaign or social media strategy, as tools to accomplish the ultimate goal of any of these mediums – to be a marketing tool for your business.

All of the projects we take on follow a similar structured approach:

STRATEGY

The starting point for any business or project is to know yourself (the business) and the market it operates in. Everything is built around your defined demographic of users. From there one can identify certain social media platforms that are applicable to the target market and establish short and long term goals. As a given, all best practices in the industry, are applied to the strategy phase and advising our clients what the best channels would be to pursue.

PLAN

Once the strategy for rollout is in place, we move on to the planning phase where wireframes, mock-up designs, and the planning of the information architecture is set in place.

The planning phase also involves evaluating the strategic analysis and determining marketing objectives and to generate strategies and tactics for achieving the marketing objectives.

BUILD

The building phase is what Creative Ink specialises in. We have got the plans and strategies in place from the first two phases, so the building phase involves putting all the plans into practice. We build all online and mobile sites within industry standards to ensure it is the best implementation for our clients as well as ensuring the solution would be able to expand in future implementations. The building phase does not only involve taking the plans and making it a reality, it is also vital to test and to make sure everything is functioning as planned.

PROMOTE

Once the strategy has taken visual form and is live, the process does not end there. From here the strategies for getting the message out there is put into place and the various social media strategies are put into place, and if it is part of the plan, media is booked to drive traffic. Email marketing can be an effective channel for pushing users to your website and to create and maintain your relationship with your customers. The most important step in any promotion is the ability to track, analyse and optimise. We would track all interactions to ensure our initial goals are being met. From here we would analyse the results and optimise the campaigns to maximise the return on investment.

Although this is the final step in the eMarketing strategy we follow, it does not end here. As mentioned above, all interactions have to be monitored constantly for us to be able to analyse and optimise the campaign and the process jumps back to step one, the strategy, and goes back into the continual loop to ensure the strategy stays relevant.
